We ‘dig’ archaeology at Brighton Museum! Pop in to find out how humans have lived with, shaped and been shaped by the environment around them. Hear some amazing local archaeology stories and get hands on with object handling and arts and crafts.

We will be joined by
- Members of Brighton & Hove Archaeological Society offering visitors the chance to handle and identify finds, partake in archaeological illustration, and more!
- Leaders from Brighton Young Archaeologists’ Club (YAC) and the co-founder Archaeodiscovery talking about the exciting activities they offer
- Stephanie Bonnici, Finds Liaison Officer (FLO) for Sussex, who will be identifying archaeological finds (pre-19th century), found by the public. Finds sessions must be booked in advance by contacting the FLO directly: flo@sussexpast.co.uk
