We are the Shiz’ness in Hollywood!

We are proud to see the iconic architecture of Brighton’s Royal Pavilion making a magical mark on the big screen.

The dazzling set design of the highly anticipated film Wicked features windows inspired by our very own “onion” domes, reimagined as part of Shiz University. Production designer Nathan Crowley revealed to Architectural Digest that the Pavilion’s unique style helped create the perfect “fantasy room” for the film.

Due to structural issues, unfortunately you can’t visit inside this particular dome, but you are welcome to admire the windows from outside and then step into another fantastical world inside the Royal Pavilion. It’s like an Ozian adventure right here in Brighton.

We’re ready to make your visit truly Popular (come on, we had to do it!)
