Royal Pavilion Garden Access Information

The Royal Pavilion Garden is part of the Royal Estate. It is between the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Museum and the Dome. They are close to the Lanes and North Laine and only 5 minutes’ walk from the sea.

The Garden is paved and mostly level with slight inclines. The paths run between the five entrances to the Garden. The paths cross the lawns and run alongside the flower beds.

There are five entrances to the Garden.

Two entrances are from New Road. There is an entrance from Church Street via the William IV Gate. There are two entrances from Western Road via Prince’s Place or via Pavilion Buildings, through the India Gate.

Entrance to the Garden is free.

There is a café open Spring and Summer in the Garden with outdoor seating.

There are public toilets on the south side of the Gardens including an accessible toilet.

Please do not ride bikes through the Gardens.
