Preston Manor closed during Brighton Pride weekend

Preston Manor will be closed to the public this weekend to support the Brighton and Hove Pride festival taking place in Preston Park.

The grounds of the Manor will be used by the Pride team and for event vehicle access to help ensure the smooth and safe running of the celebrations.

Preston Manor will reopen to visitors on Friday 8 August at 10am and will operate as normal from that point.

We apologise for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and thank our visitors for their understanding. Brighton and Hove Museums is proud to support Pride and we wish everyone a safe, joyful and memorable weekend.

Our other venues, including the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Museum and Art Gallery, and Hove Museum of Creativity, will remain open as usual throughout the weekend.
