The Roebuck Sparkling Wine Bar opens beside Royal Pavilion

Brighton & Hove Museums is delighted to announce the opening of The Roebuck Sparkling Wine Bar, a vibrant new seasonal venue situated right next to the world-famous Royal Pavilion.

Located at The Royal Pavilion Rooms with an outdoor terrace directly overlooking the historic palace and gardens, the pop-up bar brings award-winning Sussex vintage sparkling wines right to the heart of the city’s cultural quarter. The opening marks an exciting extension of the partnership between Brighton & Hove Museums and local producer Roebuck Estates, their official sparkling wine partner.

As an added perk for museum visitors, anyone presenting a valid Royal Pavilion admission ticket will receive an exclusive 15% discount at the bar.

Guests can enjoy Roebuck’s full Classic Collection by the glass, bottle, or via curated tasting flights—perfect for relaxing on the sunlit terrace after exploring the iconic palace, winding down after a visit to the nearby Brighton Museum & Art Gallery, or taking a break while exploring The Lanes.
