Nate’s film project is a quiet yet powerful tribute to Black fatherhood and everyday life in Brighton. As a British Antiguain-Austrian social worker and father of two, Nate documents what is so often left unseen: love, gentleness, presence. His film challenges stereotypes not by fighting them, but by simply existing beyond them. In capturing family moments, street scenes, and community gatherings, Nate shifts the narrative from protest to presence. It’s a love letter to his daughters—and a call to recognise Black life in full.
