Cancellation terms
In this new post-pandemic world, we are aware that there may be unavoidable reasons for visitors to have to cancel their planned bookings.
With this in mind, we are changing our policy so that we do now offer transfer of tickets if, for any reason, a customer is no longer able to attend. We are not offering refunds but can change the customer name on a booking so someone else is able to attend in the place of the original booker.
The Royal Pavilion and Museums Trust (RPMT) reserves the right to cancel any event. In the unlikely event of such cancellation, you will be offered an alternative, if available, and/or refunded the full cost of your pre-paid ticket (including any booking fees).
Booking fee
A fee is charged per order for all bookings made online or by telephone. The fee is currently £1.70. The booking fee is refunded only if RPMT cancels the event.
