Funny Bones
One hour session and independent museum time
KS2
Booth Museum of Natural History
Available to book on Tuesdays or Wednesdays 10.00am or 11.30am
Come and explore the amazing collection at the Booth Museum of Natural History!
Get up close with strange and wonderful creatures from the land, sky, and sea. You’ll even get the chance to handle real specimens and find out what makes animals so incredible.
By using your senses, you’ll discover what animals eat, how they move, and how they have adapted to survive in different habitats – even in the toughest places on Earth!
The workshop lasts 1 hour, but you are welcome to stay longer to explore the museum’s collection of birds and animals. You might even want to do some sketching or spotting challenges while you’re here.
