This display showcases a series of small paintings inspired by the names of flowers that artist Edward Burne-Jones created towards the end of his life. After his death his widow Georgiana commissioned limited-edition reproductions of the watercolour designs. Published by Henry Piazza & Cie for the Fine Art Society in 1905, each circular picture depicts an imagined scene.
