We are not taking bookings for any groups larger than six. We ask that you only attend with people that are already in your social bubble. Our new groups newsletter will keep you up with all the latest news about when we will be reopening for group bookings.

Booking is essential for all group visits and guided tours. Discounted group rates apply only to pre-booked groups.

How to book a group visit

Booking is essential for all group visits and guided tours.

Pre-booked groups of 15 or more receive group rates, one free ticket for every 15 paying visitors and free entry for the coach driver. All audio guides, guided tours and catering are in addition to admission fees.

You can book using our online form or by contacting our booking office:

All calls are charged at the local rate Monday-Friday 9am-5pm

We will allocate your group a timed entry slot, late or unbooked groups may have admission refused. Please call the booking office on 03000 290901 if you are delayed and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you are late we cannot guarantee the availability of audio guides or guided tours.

We require two working days’ notice to cancel or amend your booking or you may be charged in full. You can cancel by either telephoning (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm) or using our online form.

If we have to cancel a guided tour without notice, the guiding fee will not be charged and the group can enter unguided.

Group leaders are responsible for the behaviour of the group and must remain with them at all times. Any groups posing a threat to the health, safety and enjoyment of other visitors will be asked to leave.
