A free, friendly celebration of the new permanent railing artwork for Lyon Close, Hove.
Join us at the Booth as we welcome Artist Kerry Lemon on 18 May. She will showcase the launch of a new artwork featuring starlings she has created on a housing development in Hove.
Kerry Lemon with be joined by starling expert Steve Geliot, they invite you to come see her artworks outside in Hove. There will then be a guided walk with stops to look at areas know for their importance to starlings. Finally you will arrive at the Booth where Natural Sciences curator Lee Ismail will show some starling specimens from the collection.
Meet the artist at 2pm outside Block A, Lyon Close, Hove, followed by a group walk to the Booth Museum to learn more about Brighton’s famous starling murmuration.
