Discover the art of collage and decoupage – an extraordinary medium that can be as simple, or as intricate as you want it to be. Almost anything can be used as a base: a tray or bowl, a glass vase or picture frame, lampshades and even items of furniture. Choose a small object to use on the day or bring your own.
The Workshop Leader
Anne French has worked with collage and decoupage for many years, and her pieces are often inspired by the Royal Pavilion, where she works.
‘I have experimented with many media, but something about collage and it’s extraordinary versatility … from the rather prim Victorian decoupage pieces to loud and bright and beautiful Matisse works, fascinates me’.
