FREE drop-in information hub and Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friends Information Session
Join the Age and Dementia friendly and Memory Assessment service teams at Hove Museum for a relaxed drop in information morning as part of the Dementia Action Week.
Find out more about local support in the area and there will also be an opportunity to join a 45-minute Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friend information session.
The Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friends programme is the biggest ever initiative to change people’s perceptions of dementia and help combat loneliness and social isolation. Becoming an Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friend is about learning more about dementia and the small ways you can help to make a big difference. There are over 12,000 Dementia Friends in Brighton & Hove.
Come along to find out more about what support and services are available in the city and join this growing number of residents helping to combat loneliness and change people’s perceptions of dementia.
