The Royal Pavilion’s notable Great Kitchen, sometimes also known as the ‘King’s Kitchen’ was ultra-modern for its time. George IV, who was obsessed with food and dining, conceived this kitchen and would often escort and impress his VIP guests with this room showcasing his innovative facilities. This room now serves as a fantastic setting for a banquet style dinner, or a drinks reception and it is said that George himself at times dined in this kitchen.
