Are you a visionary exhibition maker with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement? Brighton & Hove Museums (B&HM) is looking for a Creative Programme Manager to lead the creation of inspiring exhibitions, gallery displays, and experiences that captivate diverse audiences and advance our commercial and strategic goals.
In this senior role, you’ll bring creative flair and meticulous planning together to design memorable visitor journeys rooted in thoughtful narratives. You’ll collaborate with cultural partners, communities, designers, and artists to deliver relevant, accessible experiences that spark curiosity and connection.
As the driving force behind major exhibitions, gallery redisplays, and creative partnerships across our iconic sites – including the Royal Pavilion, Brighton Museum & Art Gallery, Preston Manor, Hove Museum of Creativity, and the Booth Museum – you’ll balance innovation with precision to ensure every project meets the highest standards.
