WHAT TO BRING

Clothes: for this special Solstice event we invite you to wear white or golden coloured clothes – wear warm and comfortable clothing, thick socks, slippers if you like.

Bedding: The most important aspect of any Gong Bath is to BE COMFORTABLE so please do bring along whatever you need so that you can lie down in comfort on the floor for at least 90 minutes.

We recommend bringing at least a yoga mat, two blankets and a pillow. You may also want to bring an eye mask, a duvet, a hot water bottle (already filled), a further pillow to support the knees.

NO blow up beds or sleeping bags please as they make a lot of noise.

Water: please bring a water bottle for use in the reception room.

Snoring: If you are a big snorer think about what you may need to bring so you can be comfortable and keep your snoring to a minimum.
