As the red glow of the setting sun signals the shift into Autumn, join Brighton Sound’s Petra & Matt for a deeply immersive evening of sound and colour healing in the majestic Royal Pavilion.

In the stunning Music Room, bathed in the warm hues of red and orange, you’ll be guided on a sound journey with the gong—a meditation into the earth, reflecting on all you’ve grown this year as the seasons turn.

At this powerful moment of Equinox, as the leaves fall and the Solar year begins to wane, let the resonance of sound and the grounding energy of deep red prepare you for the transition into Autumn.

Harvest reflections. Vibrational healing. A return to balance.

Step into the changing season with intention, renewal, and harmony.

Spaces are limited—book your ticket now for this transformative Equinox experience!

WHAT TO BRING

Bedding: The most important aspect of any Gong Bath is to BE COMFORTABLE so please do bring along whatever you need so that you can lie down in comfort on the floor for at least 90 minutes.

We recommend bringing at least a yoga mat, two blankets and a pillow. You may also want to bring an eye mask, a duvet, a hot water bottle (already filled), a further pillow to support the knees.

NO blow up beds or sleeping bags please as they make a lot of noise.

Water: please bring a water bottle for use in the reception room.

Snoring: If you are a big snorer think about what you may need to bring so you can be comfortable and keep your snoring to a minimum.
