Swiss-born painter Angelica Kauffman was a superstar of the eighteenth-century European art world. She spent 15 years in London and became a founding member of the Royal Academy but did she ever visit Brighton? Curator Alexandra Loske takes a closer look at a pioneering woman artist in our collection.
