Suitable for beginners and people with experience.

Guided instruction will include:

  • How to transfer/draw an image onto the lino
  • Carving techniques and their effects
  • How to properly use a variety of quality tools
  • How to apply ink with a roller and print by hand

The Workshop Leader
Georgia Flowers is a printmaker who loves working with linocuts and black ink drawings. Her work often finds inspiration in themes of nature, birds and architecture. As well as being an artist, she runs a Print Club based at Lawrence Art Studio in Hove, which she set up in 2018. She is also involved in local Artists Open Houses as both an exhibitor and curator. Her linocut ‘Eastbourne’ was selected for the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in 2019.
