Why have I not received my Zoom Invitation link?

Please note that the link to join the event will be sent to 24 hours before the event date and not at the time of booking

What if I don’t receive the invitation link by the day of the event?

Contact info@rpmt.org.uk who can resend you the link – please do check your spam/junk folders first.

What happens if I loose connection during the event, can I re-join?

Yes, you can re-join, (unless otherwise specified or the fault is technical from our end). Just click on the link again to regain access to the event.

Can I share the link?

This link is for customers only and must not be shared or posted on social media. Legal action may be taken against anyone sharing the link without our prior permission.

Will there be a Q&A session?

Yes, unless specified. The Q&A function will be open for attendees to type in a question. The chat function will not be enabled.

Will this event be recorded?

Some events will be recorded, but not all will be available publicly. Only panellists and their presentations will be visible. The Q&A function may also be recorded.

Can I get a refund?

A refund would be available for chargeable events only. They would be applicable if we are forced to cut short, or are unable to deliver the event, due to complications solely arising from our side. Refunds for any other reason are at our discretion.
