Mindful Yoga at Brighton Museum

The Floating Worlds: Japanese Woodcuts exhibition at Brighton Museum was recently transformed into a pop-up mindful yoga session.

The Floating Worlds: Japanese Woodcuts exhibition features the work of some of the most famous artists during the Edo period (1615-1868) including Hiroshige, Utamaro and Kunisada. Many events are being held alongside the exhibition, including poetry readings, Japanese calligraphy, Tai Chi, meditiation and mindful yoga.

If you missed this event, there will be another mindful yoga session held on Thursday 12 December from 11:30-11:50am and 12:00-12:20pm.
