We rejoice in the hope that the Prince Regent will honour us with his August Presence, in the course of a few days, and that the Anniversary of his Royal Highness’s natal day will be celebrated here with a degree of splendour suitable to the happy occasion, on the 12th; and we fell greater confidence in the hope, from the arrival of six artillery wagons at the pavilion yesterday evening, laden with Chandeliers for the riding house, and other preparatory luggage.
