The Royal Pavilion offers a stunning backdrop for corporate events. The magnificent state rooms provide a spectacular setting for drinks receptions, lavish dinners, award ceremonies and so much more while two charming rooms are available for both day and evening events.

Corporate Hire
Entertain in style in a regal state room that was created for one of the most flamboyant kings in British history.
The Royal Pavilion’s Banqueting Room oozes splendour and extravagance with its visually stunning décor and dazzling centrepiece chandelier held in the claws of a silver dragon.
The Banqueting Room is hired out with the Great Kitchen (which can also be hired on its own), where guests can enjoy pre-dinner drinks in one of the most innovative royal kitchens of its time.

The Royal Pavilion’s extraordinary Music Room, with its dazzling gilded dome ceiling, lotus-shaped chandeliers and opulent regal furnishings, makes an ideal setting for after-dinner music performances, recitals and presentations. It was here that George IV entertained the composer Rossini in 1823.
For evening functions the Music Room can be hired on its own or combined with an event in the Banqueting Room. After banqueting in style guests can wander through the elegant galleries and the Saloon to enjoy an after-dinner event in the plush and exotic surroundings of the Music Room.

The William IV Room is an ideal venue for both day and evening functions. It is self-contained with its own entrance from the Royal Pavilion gardens, as well as a lobby/cloakroom area and caterer’s kitchen.

With its beautiful hand-painted Chinese style wallpaper, its light and airy feel, and views of the Royal Pavilion’s glorious Regency gardens, the room is able to accommodate up to 80 people for a standing drinks reception or theatre-style meeting and up to 60 for a seated buffet or dinner.

Retaining much of George IV’s original 1820s decorative style featuring red dragon wallpaper and palm tree pillars, guests can enjoy the surroundings of one of the most elegant rooms in the Royal Pavilion.

Private Hire
Hosting Brighton’s finest events since 1805
At the heart of Brighton’s Cultural Quarter, the Royal Pavilion is a stunning setting for holding a private event. The palace was originally built for the Prince Regent, later to become George IV, as a place for him to entertain his friends, royalty and high society in the elegant fashion that he become synonymous with.
Although open to the public daily there are certain rooms within the palace that are available for both day and evening private hire. With exclusive use the exquisite interiors, inspired by the orient, provide a unique backdrop for special occasions.
The Royal Pavilion’s events team offer an unparalleled bespoke service and have delivered many types of events from birthdays, award ceremonies, christenings and anniversaries all in true Royal Pavilion style.
Please note that as an historic building the Royal Pavilion is not suitable for parties; dancing and smoking is not permitted.
Private Hire
The William IV Room, with its beautiful hand-painted Chinese style wallpaper, hanging lanterns and views of the palaces glorious gardens, is ideally suited for both day and evening events.
It is self-contained with its own private entrance, as well as a lobby area and caterer’s kitchen. Hire the William IV Room alone, or with the Red Drawing Room.
