The Royal Pavilion & Museums has been forced to close during the coronavirus lockdown resulting in a substantial loss of income.
Our revenues support our unique and precious heritage, historic buildings and collections and we need your help to enable us to get through this difficult period.
Although our sites are closed our work is still going on behind the scenes. We are bringing the museum to our communities through our digital channels sharing stories about our wonderful buildings, collections, local history and culture.
In addition, we are producing exciting new content and resources to encourage engagement with our visitors around the world as well as special educational content for children studying from home: brightonmuseums.org.uk/at-home.
The Royal Pavilion & Museums have endured difficult times in the past and we are confident that with your support we will survive this period of great uncertainty.
Thank you so very much from us all at the Royal Pavilion, the Booth Museum of Natural History, Preston Manor, Hove Museum & Art Gallery and Brighton Museum & Art Gallery. We look forward to seeing you again as soon as we are able to open but hope you continue to enjoy our virtual museum in the meantime.
