Experience a magical Christmas at the Royal Pavilion. The spectacular Banqueting Room table is laid with Georgian style desserts and the palace is transformed with festive decorations and glittering trees. A replica of Queen Victoria’s sleigh awaits you and your family in the Music Room, where you can create your Christmas photos to remember the day.

Father Christmas and his Elf return to Preston Manor for a traditional nostalgic treat for all the family with the added fun of children’s trails and dressing-up. This year a pop-up café provides simple light refreshments in the seasonally decorated Victorian kitchens.

Pippa Dames-Longworth and the Singing Salon invite you to a traditional Victorian Christmas evening of festive tales, sing-along carols and some of the most beautiful music written for the voice. The programme includes Handel, Purcell, Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol and a delightful gift from Prince Albert to Queen Victoria, all performed in King George IV’s magnificent Music Room.

The Story Cabinet and the Wishing Tree are two magical paper sculptures created by local artists. They have returned to the museum for Christmas, with more magical stories and gallery activities for the festive season.
