One ticket, two days, three unique Venues!

The Royal Pavilion & Museums has introduced a new joint ticket called the History Pass to enable visitors to visit three of Brighton’s most iconic and unique historic buildings at a reduced rate this summer. The History Pass allows reduced entry to The Royal Pavilion, Brighton Museum and Preston Manor, is valid for two days and can save visitors up to £9.50.

The History Pass is a ticket to a whole world of amazing objects, Regency wonders and Edwardian elegance and is ideal for families planning a weekend of history exploring, or as a unique gift.

The pass has been introduced to help visitors get the best value from these iconic buildings as Brighton Museum introduces charging for non-residents on the 12 May 2015
The prices for the History Pass are as follows, and the pass will be available to purchase from all three venues, or from the Royal Pavilion & Museums booking office on 03000 290902, or online at

Brighton Museum & Art Gallery
Located in the Royal Pavilion estate, at the heart of the city’s cultural quarter. Brighton Museum’s diverse collections bring together arts and crafts from across the world and history from Ancient Egypt to the modern day to tell stories about this unique city and the world we live in.

You can also see the new Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition and discover awe-inspiring images capturing fascinating animal behaviour and breath-taking wild landscapes in this world-renowned exhibition, on loan from the Natural History Museum, London, until 6 September 2015.

Charging at Brighton Museum & Art Gallery for non-residents will commence from Tuesday 12 May and the admission fees will be £5 for an adult, £4 for a concession and £2.80 for a child. Admission is still free to Brighton & Hove Residents (proof of residency required per person) and students registered at Brighton or Sussex University (a student card confirming current undergraduate or postgraduate study is required).

Preston Manor
Preston Manor is a charming historic house, decorated and furnished in Edwardian style. Its elegant reception rooms and functional servants’ quarters reveal the fascinating story of ‘upstairs and downstairs’ life at the manor, located on the northern edge of Preston Park this stunning Edwardian residence also has it’s own pet cemetery, fish pond and gardens, plus easy access to the café and children’s play areas of Preston Park.

The Royal Pavilion
The Royal Pavilion is an exotic palace in the centre of Brighton.
