Pre-booked groups of 15 or more people benefit from a discount on entry and on guidebooks (minimum order 15 guidebooks), as well as one free ticket for every 15 paying visitors and free entry for the coach driver.

Walk-up groups pay the full price (see below).

All prices for guided tours and guidebooks are in addition to the entry fee.

Conditions

We may refuse admission for groups who have not booked or who arrive late.
We require at least two working days’ notice to cancel or amend your booking or the fee may be charged in full. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we have to cancel a guided tour, the guiding fee will not be charged and the group may enter unguided.

We will allocate your group a timed slot. This helps us to avoid overcrowding in the buildings and ensures an enjoyable visit for your guests. We appreciate your help in adhering to these times. In the event you are delayed please contact the booking office on 03000 290901 and we will do our best to find another slot for your group on the same day.

If you group is likely to arrive more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee that we will be able to offer you a tour, but will do our best to accommodate your group.

Group leaders are responsible for the behaviour of the group and must remain with them at all times. Any groups posing a threat to the health, safety and enjoyment of other visitors will be asked to leave.

Children aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
