This is an albumen photographic tourist print collected by the Stanford family and shows five decorative candelabra's holding oil lamps, part of a collection at the Museum of Naples. Three of the larger lamps have hanging decorative oil lamps; one in a dragon design, another decorated as a snail. Printed in a band below the bottom edge of the print is, Museo Napoli, also Candelabri con lampe, the albumen print number 5001, the photographer?s name, Rive, and, Napoli. Roberto Rive was an Italian photographer who produced albumen prints in the late nineteenth century.
