An exclusive chance to find out about Jacqueline Wilson, in the first ever exhibition dedicated to the best-selling author. You will be guided through a journey of Jacqueline’s favourite stories, characters and working process.
Discover how her most popular characters, including Tracy Beaker, Hetty Feather and The Illustrated Mum, began life – from first drafts and story ideas to Nick Sharratt’s lively illustrations. Be inspired to create your own stories, sit and daydream or join Jacky’s HUGE fan base from all over the world.

‘Whenever I meet children they always ask me heaps of questions. They wonder what made me decide to be a writer and how I got my first book published. They always ask where I get my ideas from and whether any of my books are based on my own experiences. I hope you find the answers to all your questions in this special exhibition.’  – Jacqueline Wilson.

A touring exhibition from Seven Stories, the national centre for children’s books, supported by Random House Children’s Books and designed in partnership with Sheridan Design.
