Reverend Mr Carr delivered the following address – “TO HIS ROYAL HIGHNESS GEORGE AUGUSTUS FREDERICK PRINCE OF WALES ” Upon the return of your Royal Highness to a Town so highly indebted to your Royal Patronage for a prosperity unknown to any other Provincial Town, permit us, the Vicar, the High Constable, and the Inhabitants of Brighthelmstone, to approach your Royal Highness with sentiments of unfeigned duty and gratitude; and more particularly to express to your Royal Highness the congratulations which the recollection of this important day inspires
